Spicy fish stew麻辣燉魚

Ingredients 成份(n)

Serves 4     四人份
  • 1 tbsp olive oil                     1餐匙橄欖油
  • 2 garlic cloves , crushed       2瓣蒜壓碎  
  • 1 tsp ground cumin               1茶匙孜然
  • 1/2 tsp paprika                      1/2茶匙辣椒粉
  • 8 oz can chopped tomatoes    切碎8盎司罐頭番茄
  • 1 red pepper , deseeded, cut into chunks   1條紅辣椒去籽切塊
  • 16 oz white fish fillets, cut into chunks   16盎司白魚切成大塊
  • handful coriander , roughly chopped   一小撮芫荽粗略的切碎
  • 1 lemon , cut into wedges                   1顆檸檬切成三角型

Method  方法

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan. Tip in the garlic, cumin and paprika and cook for 1 min. Add 100ml water and the tomatoes. Bring to the boil, then turn down the heat. Add the pepper, simmer for 5 mins. Add the fish, simmer for 5 mins. Serve with coriander and a wedge of lemon.
在燉鍋中把橄欖油加熱。大蒜,孜然和辣椒粉煮一分鐘。加入100ml的水跟番茄。煮滾,然後轉小火。加入辣椒,燉五分鐘。加入魚,燉5分鐘。上桌前灑上芫荽跟檸檬

Bring to the boil 煮滾
